Thomas J. Hubbard, MD, FACS

Dr. Thomas Hubbard is one of the most experienced rhinoplasty surgeons in Virginia and is double board certified in Ear, Nose & Throat and Plastic Surgery.  He has over 18 years experience with a tremendous variety of nose shape and breathing issues.  Dr. Hubbard understands and values the desire for a very natural, un-operated appearance while maintaining breathing function as well. 

Recent advancements in surgical techniques have made rhinoplasty much more predictable than the surgeries performed 10-20 years ago, resulting in a more natural shape and higher patient satisfaction.  Dr. Hubbard has been at the leading edge of these latest developments.  He contributes both nationally and internationally with journal articles, rhinoplasty textbook chapters and teaching other plastic surgeons.

 Dr. Hubbard recently presented at the national Rhinoplasty Society meeting in Washington DC.  The topic was advanced nasal tip positioning techniques, a procedure he has used for seventeen years.  He then presented on advanced rhinoplasty techniques at the annual national meeting of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons in Toronto, Canada.
